Today I was unable to come to work for reasons that had previously been approved for intermittent FMLA. I received a reply email stating that I would have to use a different type of leave, as I was not currently approved from FMLA. I literally have the receipts, but it seems like this is falling on deaf ears. I received no response from HR. As if I don't have enough to worry about; it's not like I'm on fmla for no reason. Smdh.
