Exhausted, losing my mind.

I work in a housing unit at a university. Currently we have to work a 12 day stretch with 10 hour days here and there. With the last day approaching and finally looking forward to a day off, I get mandated to work another day. It's been non stop moving since this started last week and I'm exhausted. Every day I've become less and less productive. There's a bunch of stuff that needs done at home but I haven't had energy to do it. These are “blackout” dates, meaning that you can't call or request off for any reason. That even includes a doctor's appointment. I have a 7 month old and a stay at home wife. I usually give her a break on the weekends by getting up early and taking care of the child so she can sleep in. It just really sucks for both of us. The…

The only reason I keep this job is for the insurance for my son and its one of the highest paying employers in the area.

How does one stay sane through all of this? There's a chance for another mandating that would turn this into a 3 week stretch. I don't think I can do it.
