I need to know if this is legal or not. So I work at a company where we are required to record all our hours after the day is complete. This one day, I help one of my co workers on his project and put in 8 hours of work into it. At the end of the day, he angrily tells me to put 7 hours into the system for doing work towards the project and to use 1 hour from my PTO (Paid time off) even though I only did work the entire day and did not have any paid time off. I did as he asked because I was forced into it and really want to know if what he made me do was legal or not. Appreciate any response. 🤝
