Pretty much the title. I’ve been considering the arguments supporting profiting off labor, and it seems that the unspoken idea is that labor simply sells its time/labor. Identifying that, the simple solution seems to be that as more of us demand profit sharing as a condition of employment there would be less exploitation. For those interested I welcome thoughts and feedback. Naysayers need not comment.
