I work retail. Only job I could get. We are not allowed to take tips. Obviously wealthy lady offered me a “verbal tip”.

I did. I double majored in biology and environmental science. I graduated summa cum laude with university honors. I had a 4.0 in biology was involved in leadership roles, honors societies, had extracurriculars and even did publishable research. All of this through COVID.
And here I am, working a job I could have gotten without college because it is the only thing that isn't packed with dinosaurs that didn't even go to college in the first place.
Will delete post later I just needed to get one of my many horrible customer Interactions off my chest.
