RA Doctor’s Note

I recently started my new job. I’m on week 2 now. When I interviewed, they told me that we’d only be in the office for a couple weeks and then we’d be teleworking. Well come to find out there were tons of new hires so training classes are overflowing and now our training can’t begin until mid July. So long story short, I’ll be required to be in the office for about 3 months now. The office setting is very uncomfortable and triggers my migraines. I always feel nauseous and light headed. It stresses me out & has caused my attacks to get worse even while I’m away from the office. I’m used to having my own office with proper accommodations or wfh. I thought I could stick it out but I’m not sure now. I can file for reasonable accommodation but I would need a doctors note. However, my…

However, my health benefits apparently won’t kick in until after 2 pay periods. Does anyone have any advice on how to get a sufficient note without insurance? And reasonably priced?
