Giving 4 week notice

I know there's a lot of posts on here where the response is ALWAYS to give the bare minimum notice – 2 weeks no more. But…. im thinking of a giving a 4 week notice, not to help my employer by giving more time or anything, but because I want them to stop giving me cases. I would literally say, “I'm leaving in 4 weeks, x is my last day, I'm happy to finish out the cases I have and complete all documentation in that time. However if you keep giving me new cases, I'll have to focus on those and won't have my documentation completed by the time I leave.” For context one of my reasons for leaving this job (social work/case management) is the unrealistic workload which has led to my burn out. So my rationale here is to make the case to my supervisor that they shouldn't…

While that would be the logical way for an employer to respond, we all know how illogical they can behave from the moment we tell them we're leaving. What are the possible repercussions of me giving them a 4 week notice instead of the standard 2 weeks?
