I finally sent in my complaint with all my written down notes, and asked to see my file at work and not to be altered. Since i looped in in house counsel now i have to speak with another counsel in the coming days to discuss the investigation. What should I expect?
She was making up a lot of stories and was trying hard to make me look “ insubordinate “ and hostile
She ended up quitting when i didn’t get fired and than went ona. Leave the following day apparently she contacted a bunch of coworkers and told them things me and our boss said about. All i ever said was certain departments are disorganized and that’s probably the reason for their frustration so i could care less what she probably made up to tell them but i wonder what she said our boss said about everyone and what the outside counsel will speak to me about. The whole situation was strange and bummed me out I’m just happy i voiced my concerns before it was too late
