What would they realistically do if enough people just decided not to pay back their student loans, stopped working, don't have any credit to lower, don't have a house or car & don't have any money in the first place. You can't really sue someone who has nothing, and you can't force them to work either cuz they'll just deliberately ruin whatever you want them to make.
