Been told by higher ups an individual has been reporting me for small assumptions. Person has used being gay and transitioning as a tool to get promoted off discrimination. How should I proceed, been told to just ignore it but allowing them to false report interactions isn’t something I tolerate but was told doing any action would make me come off as aggressive. I don’t care about them doing false reports as long as nothing comes to fruition.
