Should I be happy with my salary? ¡please vote!

Hi all, I genuinely want to have your opinions. I must be like some of you, dispassionate about my job, don’t love my career, am not fulfilled. It’s not horrible don’t get me wrong. I feel like I’m complaining about a good thing and just need perspective. Job is in finance, talk to people all day long, am good at it. I have 6 years relevant experience and about 8 total years of a career in this industry. 2 years at current company. TC=$120k. I was promoted after about a year. Was up for a 2nd promotion this past month but didn’t get it. It would have put me in middle management but I am now still and Individual contributor. Never expected to get promoted so quickly. Consistently at the top of the department and praised by management. Get to wfh, solid benefits, and I occasionally enjoy the job. I…

Lately I have been thinking about how quickly I can retire and feel like that shouldn’t be my daily drive.

So what do you think? Should I consider looking for greener pastures or shut up and be happy with a good thing.
