So last week on Friday some personal business came up and I wasn’t able to make it to work. I was gonna go on Saturday to explain to the manager the situation but i wasn’t able to make it either and it was apparent to me that wasn’t gonna be able to be there the rest of my work week which it was till Monday. I talked to the kitchen manager on Saturday and we ended the conversation on if I was gonna be there next week so she can put me in the schedule I said yes I will be there. About a hour later I get a message asking if I was I’ll or a family member was I’ll or I was a part of a violent crime or what was the reason i honestly didn’t feel like explaining my personal business to them specially cause I only been there for about 2 months so I don’t reply. So today I showed up and I wasn’t on schedule the whole week I called HR and apparently I been fired over no call no show idk what to do should I go back and fight for my job back or just move on ?
