Help Post: Underpaid Supervisor Job

I currently have been working for a company that hires external employees as contract workers for the main company they have a contractual agreement with. I found that my original role is underpaid by $5-6 ($15/hr.). I am now a supervisor taking back to back calls remotely within my home. The increase in pay was $1 so now I make $16/hr. The insurance is useless since the deductible is $4k which is more than my health costs would be anyways. No PTO until a year of employment. It is day three of not being able to work because the company will not fix my account access to log in remotely. To be clear, I have done everything on my part to access my account. It is not a mistake on my end my account is deactivated. My manager keeps making me go back and forth with calling IT and him.…

It is day three of not being able to work because the company will not fix my account access to log in remotely. To be clear, I have done everything on my part to access my account. It is not a mistake on my end my account is deactivated. My manager keeps making me go back and forth with calling IT and him. Today he told me to send him more screenshots because the first one wasn't clear enough. Literally just a screenshot showing the log in doesn't work. They've made me do this before and it almost feels like I'm being fucked with at this point.

I keep spending my days trying to get this fixed all while being unpaid. Are they trying to get me to quit to avoid unemployment or something?
