What do I even say to that?

Today I interviewed for a role I felt I was very qualified for. This was actually the second round and in the first round my belief of being qualified was reinforced by the individual I spoke with. However the second round interviewers seemed unprepared or unwilling to talk to me since the interview was full of stretches of silence as they asked one another if they had more questions (I honestly spent more time asking them questions than they did me). The question in particular that I didn’t know how to answer though was: “Have you ever had to work with someone you did not respect, and how did you handle that?” How do you answer that? Doesn’t everyone deserve at least some level of professionalism and decorum regardless of how you feel?
