Just a small rant…
My department is extremely understaffed. Due to this, we have people calling out pretty much daily due to low morale.
When people call out, it puts more work on the rest of the team. When my boss feels this workload is too high, he cuts our lunches from 1 Hour down to 30 minutes.
This dude really thinks the best way to keep his employee's morale high, is to cut their only break in half when we get slammed with work. BTW, we don't get 15 min breaks here either.
