I've been at my job for about a year and a half now, and a lot of changes have happened during that time (merger with a bigger company, management changes, making people come in on Saturdays, among other things) and it's resulted in lot of dissatisfied employees and people leaving.
I used to work on a team of 12 people but moved to a different team because I was lied to about getting a promotion (several others have left for this same reason) and that team will soon be down to 3 people, one of whom has been at the company for less than a month.
I heard from a coworker today that management is apparently so desperate that they're talking about moving me back to my old team (that's a fat fucking NO from me)
Little do they know I'm interviewing with other jobs and on my way out soon too…
It's fun to just sit back and watch the fire burn 🙂
