Interview or therapy session?

I went for an interview this morning, first big red flag was the place being empty at a time when everything nearby was packed. Second red flag was the owner telling me I was being hired to replace their full-time staff member but “we haven’t told her yet cause we don’t like her, so you’ll have to pretend to be my cousin’s girlfriend so she doesn’t figure it out while you’re learning everything here”. I wrapped it up as fast as I could before I had to start charging for the free therapy session and while I was leaving, she told me “I’ll see you here at 9:00 Tuesday to start”……yeah that’s not happening.

Trying to decide if it would be incredibly petty to go back during the week and warn their full-time employee of what they’re doing. 🤔
