She's absolutely toxic. We work in property management..Several residents have come up to me and said they have heard the way she speaks to me sometimes and asked if I was ok. She's just really aggressive and sharp.. ( mostly because she's stressed and can't handle her own workload )
At this point, I just talk back. I am lippy because I've got no more F's to give..but then I also regret it after, because I don't want to get fired.. I will be quitting this job in November. However I need the money until then.
I need to figure out a way to not react to her really poor attitude and behavior. It's really tough to work in a corporate environment, because I also need the reference and don't want to rock the boat by going to HR.
Any tips?
