Yes as the title says. I’m probably a bit of an ass here but anyways.
I’ve just covered for 2 coworkers vacations. I kept their customers while they’ve slagged of on the max. I’ve had 80 hour work weeks the past 4 months. Now when it comes to me who has to go on vacation, they don’t want to return the favor. Im angry af. I even got one of them hired. They only work part time I myself work full time 7 days a week. They didn’t even come up with an excuse, other then that it is not their responsibility. I mean I know but if every single employee has that standing they would probably have to find another job due to the business going bankrupt. I just fucking can’t with people like this. I mean I’m not saying you should throw everything in your hands for work but I also think it is very entitled thinking to expect people to cover for you but you won’t do the same… fuck this shit job I’m fucking exhausted
