I worked as a healthcare recruiter in Cynet Health Pvt Ltd. Last month I started having some cervical issues as I got in an accident 2 years ago and I have been having certain complications now due to which I had to take 5 days off last month. As a healthcare recruiter we survive on the commission of our working candidates. I have one active candidate and this another girl in our team had none since 7 month. He threatened me multiple times that he will pass on active candidate to the people who actually need it but I never paid much attention to it and continued working. My colleague was in Pip and would have been terminated this month. My manager wrote an email regarding me and got me terminated and moved my candidate to her ownership. I have been feeling low since then although I wrote a mail to the senior management I don't think it'll be of any use. I am so stressed and jobless right now.
