The one job that made me thankful I severely injured my spine to have a reason to quit

I worked at a medical office for a year, I was the only employee other than the dr doing the job of medical records, office manager, billing and coding, receptionist and appointment setter, as well as cleaning crew (all at $15/hr, finally boosted me to $20/hr a month before I quit). I’d have to get there at 6:30am to clean (unpaid) clock in at 7am, never be allowed a lunch break (new patients at lunch) or really allowed a bathroom break since I’d leave the desk and phone would ring and I’d get yelled at for missing a call and being away from the desk, patients finally all out the door at 7:30pm (even though our hours ended at 6pm) and then I need to clock out but I also still need to do trash and wipe down the tables after clocking out before being allowed to lock up and…
