So I work in a sub shop, I’ve been to jail and he’s been to prison so we are a same mindset on how to treat each other in a sort of way because of that. I generally cuss when I talk, and he does too and suddenly he got in my face and told me I’m not gonna talk to him like that and cuss when talking to him. nybody know what to do here? He’s on camera getting in my face suddenly while I’m doing dishes. I want to report this to the owner, but I’m sure he is likely to side with the GM to SOME extent. I don’t want to leave this job, but that was HIGHLY inappropriate. I walked away and came badk to try to sort it and he just told me to “get out my store” (It was the end of my shift and I had clocked out). I don’t know what to do, and I didn’t know where best to ask.
