My supervisor said multiple times if she wins the lottery she’ll give me and my coworkers money

But she gives me shit about putting in sick leave 1 hour early to see a doctor. Never mind that I shouldn't even have to use up sick leave being that official policy is that supervisor can give employees an hour off at their discretion
