Me and dude have similar experience but mine is more relevant for our job, we started at the same time, he was new to the company I have been there a year, and he regularly calls out “sick” or shows up drunk/hungover.
We are a team of 18 split (unevenly) depending on our specialties. I can’t say much about the job/company because I don’t want to lose it until I find another.
I’m trying to switch depts or ok with leaving for the right pay of course. But for the time being I really want to see if I can make this job livable for a bit longer.
Any advice is appreciated.
