This may not be a popular opinion on here but I want to ask why. Why should the work force care about wfh? I’m not against work from home but at the height of the pandemic I saw figures that showed 25% of the work force is wfh and the other 75% had to go to work and still goes to work. My spouse works from home and I have a job that can’t do that. So why should the other 75% care about the wants of the other 25% ( and 25 is being generous, I’m sure it might be lower.)
Most of the posts I see are just this is bullshit I should be getting paid for getting ready, commuting , and I just waste time when I’m in the office. So how does fighting for work from home help the majority of workers that isn’t self serving for office workers?
