The owner of my company has a policy of making sure the grass isn't greener on the other side by making it as green as possible here. (Those are his words) He pays them the most in our industry, refuses to fire anyone unless he absolutely has to, and provides all sorts of benefits and perks to the employees. As a result, our company is doing very well. We made $12 Million in revenue last year, and just recently broke $12M for this year already. If anyone would like to fact check, DM me and I will tell you the company I work for. The reason I post this is for any managers or owners lerking here. Treating your employees like shit is bad business practice.
Edit: Because I was asked, we do allow work from home. It's not preferred as our work requires us to physically be there. However there are exceptions made and accommodations for those who need to work from home.
