Need to vent about how my employer distributes bonuses.

I work at a grocery store and every quarter, we get a bonus depending on how much money the store made those 3 months, and the bonus is a certain percentage. I am SEETHING because full-timers got a few hundred (one of them got $850), while me and other part-timers barely got $100 (I got like $80). I am TIRED of corporate treating part-timers like ABSOLUTE SHIT. part-timers cover shifts, help a LOT more, a lot of other differences than full-time who just do ONE thing. Why not just give everyone the same amount??? Part-timers could use that money too, it's not just teenagers working part-time!!!!!! I am SO fucking over it.
