Antiwork

I’m antiwork because I don’t think people should have to put in tons of time and effort to try to be successful in cruel tech conditions

Many people create small businesses online, on sites such as Etsy, only to sell 5 to 10 items. This involves a lot of time and effort in terms of photography, design, social media, copywriting, and more. Someone could be a highly successful writer and still only sell 1,000 copies of their book on Amazon Someone could spend years on the PR efforts for the music band or albums, only to realize it gets lost in the sea of distractions online So why should people put so much time and effort into those endeavors? Who is really benefiting? Mainly the big tech companies, at the loss of most people's time, effort, and emotional energy.
