So I think it's me because he was saying something about not wanting to fire someone they just trained, only me and 1 other person recently started working here. And technically I'm still in training after 4months but I'm not really ever trained, I just have to figure it out as I go. Important to note this is a family run business of about 20ppl and most are related or been there for years.
I also say my position posted online on Google and geebo, it was posted last week and they're paying $3k less than what I get.
Idk they never told me I was doing anything wrong, they all said I was great etc. Literally nobody said anything to me at all. So I'm a bit confused.
Idk I said all this bcuz I really don't want to go in today if I'm going to get fired, yea I need the money but I just don't wanna sit there doing a job I hate knowing my efforts don't matter and I'm getting fired regardless.
I kinda want to just ask my boss if they plan on firing me so I know for sure and I can act accordingly
