Yes, this is ridiculous, but if you follow directions now, trust is formed quickly, and your potential will be fully unleashed later. My goal is to tap into your talent.”
Looking into the company they seem legit, but this sounds like they want extremely obedient employees who question nothing and just do what they are told. I know that’s what many companies want, but at least they aren’t that boldly upfront about it. Very weird and unprofessional to put this in a job posting imo.
