I have read through a large-ish number of posts in this group; in the most part, the people aren't really anti-work. They are mostly anti-unfairness. They are not willing to be taken advantage of. They want a fair deal.
It is each individual's responsibility to themselves that they insist on a fair deal. It is up to each individual to ask for fair pay. To ask for profit sharing and bonuses. If an individual can't get that where they currently are, it is up to each individual to find a place where they can. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to stand up for themselves, to represent them selves, and keep working on getting the best they can.
