I arrive at exactly the minute that they start paying me and no one complains.

I then go make myself a coffee and some breakfast and eat it at my desk while casually checking emails – no issues

My leave was approved within an hour of me asking for 2 weeks off. (4 weeks paid leave)

If i need to leave work early its fine – and no overtime is expected.

If I just want a day off there is no need for a medical certificate…and the day is paid (7 a year)

Any decision i make with the customers is backed by the boss regardless of what it is.

The targets are manageable and i have never missed my kpi.

They pay me pretty well – im saving a decent amount of money.

The people are all nice because they are equally well off and take advantage of the flexibility.
