I work for the government in the social service field. There’s 4 other supervisors, three of whom are amazing. One however, is a Fuc*king shit.
Our team is so underpaid for their work and following federal procedures can be a tad confusing for a lot of our staff. Our main job as supervisors is to dumb down the process/ policies, manage the workload, audit the work, and distribute the work as evenly as possible.
The lord decided to test my patience this week, leaving me alone with the one shitty supervisor & 40 case managers. It’s Thursday, and the last three days, she’s done absolutely nothing but sit in her office , unresponsive to emails and calls.
Looks like I’m stuck with her alone next week as well. I just put in emergency paid leave.
It annoys me to hell, that you work as a supervisor, but you do absolutely nothing. Like, who the fuc* hired her.
