Can we stop shaming people for having short stints in their resume?

I'm about to job hop from my current job, because even though I made significant improvement in my work, I was still placed on the PIP, because it wasn't “good enough”. I guess you could say I'm somewhat fairly new to my profession, but for as long as I've been in the industry, I've just seen different companies operate with rather piss poor management, and the burden falls upon me to work around disorganized people. It took me a while to get it through my thick skull that how my higher ups conduct themselves are not the ways to go. I'm currently reaching out to different people that I spoke to months before I was hired to my current company. I did actually put in the effort recently to do some research and it seems like they're paying more than my current employer and they're not too far from each…
