So I had a supervision meeting (basically monitoring progress and how it's going). It was noted that I have taken sick leave 5 days in the the past 12 months. And underneath, the manager had noted that the way to improve this is “to not be sick going forward”. Such a simple solution! Why didn't I think of that!
Nevermind the fact that one of those days I broke down 15 miles from work and could not physically get there, and another time I was in hospital. And the others I was was literally throwing up. But sure, whatever I guess, we're not going to count the fact that I more than made up for it through literally hundreds of hours overtime? Nope? Ok then.
