Honestly just ranting at this point. I am keeping screenshots and documents on all this shit just in case any of it will be useful. So I was on closing crew last night (I am every shift since I had to do workcomp, shocker) and we had a huge storm hit. I’m talking atleast 50mph wind gusts and pissing rain. So we did what we could and closed down, made the slow drive home as safe as possible. I wake up today to my ASM in the group chat, complaining that the trash and lot look like shit. I told him that’s way too hazardous for us to be doing that task in the conditions we had at closing time. I haven’t heard a reply yet but I wouldn’t be surprised if they complain about that or try to hit me with a write up. I’m simply amazed that this person who wouldn’t take it out before his shift ends, would complain that we didn’t do it during a severe thunderstorm lmao.
