Is this fair? BREWERY

I work at a brewery as a MoD (my actual title: Manager on duty) and Ive been trying to get a raise for a hot sec. I used to also do the delivery and distribution for this brewery, however upon asking for a raise (original wage: $18/hr, asked wage:$20/hr) as they crushed a two man, two day job into a one man, one day job they terminated me from that position (we have 4 locations for a total of 500miles in a day plus have to unload many heavy weight items). The tips are shared with those who worked the shift before/after/or during and generally on a great weekend do not exceed $200 a person. They usually hover around $20-$40. I have 85 tasks to do everyday at this wage not including event tasks. Does $5/hr+ tip seem like a fair wage or am i crazy for thinking i deserve way more?

Apologies my ADHD brain prevents me from writing in an organized manner :/
