Hey! This is NY state (not NYC or Albany) Im a bartender that collects tips during my shift. Sometimes my employer also bartends with me. At the end of the shift is it legal for my employer to pocket their equal “share” of tips, or is it legally only to be shared with employees? Cash tips in this case. The business is cash only.
