Job shorting OT for myself and others

Basically I worked in Alaska and the company I recently quit I found out have been shorting OT. I have 2 paychecks that were not accurate. The first time it was a couple of hundred dollars short. My last check was short roughly 30 hours of OT (I worked a ton.) Before I left, I asked my two roommates that managed with me if I could see their paystubs and sure enough, they had the same thing. In Alaska anything over 8 hours in a shift is OT, then straight OT after 40 hours. I would work anywhere from 12-14 hours a day, meaning I would hit over 40 by roughly my 3rd or 4th day of a work week. I would never have 40 hours of regular pay because of the long shifts, yet two of my pay checks paid me for 80 hours of regular time. I reported…

I have tried calling HR and I have not heard back. If they have done it to me and two others, I am certain it is happening to many more. Should I just seek out a lawyer?
