I was trained one way on this specific objective I have. Was told to hold off on doing something until it was called back from another company (after it gets sent out). One of the head quality guys check put the item im creating pulls my trainer aside one day and asks what’s going on. I get blamed for everything
I TOTALLY understand I’m responsible for my own work but when being trained a certain way you’re going to follow those instructions as closely as possible. Now there’s a possibility I might lose my position at this job and be moved to another, causing decrease in pay and further irritation within.
I’m going to have to talk to the quality guy and let him know what my trainer said about holding off until things get called back. Along with the lack of explanation on many areas of the job, and the GO GO GO attitude with company has with pushing product.
How can we push product when we aren’t fully and PROPERLY trained to do said task. I’ll keep fighting the internal struggle until I figure shit out. I just hope I don’t lose this position.
