Mm. commenting on things I do like why you park the train so far, saying he didn't clean windows because I took glass cleaner, things need to go smoother, I did outside stuff 3 people inside doing idk what, I asked M. and S. do train the said after Pokémon go thing continued on phones.Today felt stressful chaotic. People kept going off without telling mm. and I where communication is important.
j. kept leaving shop area he came in late and was just talking to J. delivery guy game I had no idea where to tell him to put stuff J. got mad cause delivery guy put stuff outside. Then J. made a comment about need to price item first before put it out. Maintenance guy came so I couldn't leave all 3 coworkers were working on boxes I asked if one could do the train I'm leaving. J. did none of the opening stuff was pretty much just on his tablet. July 19th- S did none of the opening stuff, m. barely did anything, I did the train 2x people kept coming I came inside to switch drivers nobody listened then they said it's every 30min but we were busyish I said well its 1100 j. said next one at 1130 I said so if people are waiting tell them no and next train at time all 3 m. s, j. said tell them no they all said it harshly together. I had 2 full train trips. I don't understand telling people to wait when we have a full train people will get mad I've had many people complain to me and want their money back or they just leave. S. said j. gets mad if everything on the list doesn't get done. I'm noticing they aren't nice at all like I thought.
