In an ethical conundrum.
Long story short, I was at a job for 5 months and it was toxic. One of my managers was intrusive and mean to me. The other one was very nice and I feel bad he is left alone in the department now.
Either way, I will never ask them for a reference and I think what they support is evil. BUT they were very kind and understanding when I accepted another opportunity (despite ending my health insurance the day I left and likely encouraging me to leave early so they wouldn’t have to pay it till the end of the month, in my suspicions…)
Should I warn others or let it go?
