Oh OSHA is gonna have a field day on my employer

I walked in to work to watch as the Fab manager and my direct supervisor are pulling the classic “Why use a ladder when we got the forklift?” OSHA violation. I stood there awestruck and took this pic. I never thought I would ever see this shit in person and it makes me all the more happy I filed a OSHA complaint against these guys. Safety first my ass.
