Hello folks,
June 2022 I organized my coworkers and we walkout the restaurant we were working , the owners were stealing server tips, not paying overtime(they openly said they refuse to pay overtime) and I received a false promotion.
I came here for advice and I made a claim at the DIR(Dept of Industry and Relations) here in California.
After over a year we have set a phone conference for my case.
I would like some advice, I have some paper receipts, from my tips not showing in the stubs, and missing overtime.
What do you recommend me to do in the conference? Has anyone been in this situation? Will I be able to get my money + interest?
