Started a new job August '22. Was told at the end of the first quarter (april 1st '23), I would get my full pay raise and the annual 4% pay increase.
Here it is June and I'm still at base rate. Everytime I ask about it they say “we're looking into it”
I've been asking for two months now.
I work 50-60hrs per week so they owe me a good amount of money at this point.
I Email HR and was told I would be contacted by someone. This was 1 week ago still radio silence.
I come to work everyday and give it my all. But I'm losing motivation big time over this.
Two other coworkers are dealing with the same issue.
What the hell can I do about this?
So frustrated and have been steadily for weeks.
