Recap: I’m a “mid-level” person and I made an internal movement to a role I have less than 10% of experience in.
My boss keeps telling me to fix my work without any proper precise guidance or instructions.
So I finish my project and I was told “please relook, I spotted a mistake”. I’m clueless so I said “what’s the mistake” and she says “you look, I’m not checking” and this is due in the next few hours.
Last month, I made good progress because she took 10 minutes to explain the logic and i could do it well (that I felt proud of myself). Now, she can’t even spend 5 minutes explaining.
I was feeling anxious but now… with this happening, I’m just tired of my boss’ crap. I keep wanting to leave but I know I can learn a lot in my job if I can just handle it until I make it 1 year (about 5 months left).
Fuck man. These type of bosses suck and my boss has the guts to say that other bosses suck. Asshole
