For context I work at an entry level position for a global company. There’s so much corporate fluff added as barriers to keep people from making more money or getting promotions.
I have the education and experience. I have quickly outperformed most others at my level, but it’s like pulling teeth asking for a raise or promotion! They’re requiring me to complete some BS online training that I already have many years of experience in plus a college education! I’m sick of being exploited like this but I’m so overworked and my schedule is so packed that I don’t have time/energy to hunt for a better job.
