The company I work for is broken

But as the title states, it is utterly broken

Nobody communicates

Processes are convoluted

Nobody knows who is in charge of anything.

Our tech infrastructure is riddled with issues

Nothing ever gets completed

Senior managers and above are completely detached from the day to day

Gross inefficiencies everywhere

And more. Much more.

But despite all this I stay because it’s 3/5 days remote, my team is awesome, small and we all have each others backs, and all feel the same way (including my direct manager). Pay is “decent”, or would have been maybe 5 years ago before all this inflation… i work only as much and as hard as I need to. If I work any harder I just end up frustrated because it goes nowhere and I don’t see any additional compensation or benefits, so why bother.
