I’ll start. I work I’m rental cars. I believe if you order something, then you should receive that item. I’m constantly having to do mental gymnastics convincing customers to take a vehicle that they didn’t request – sometimes for reservations that were made months in advance. As a branch, it is unspoken but discouraged to help out customers from other branches that are having issues with whatever vehicle they are rented. I’m tired of telling people “no” when we are in a position to help, but cannot due to availability issues that I have no control over.
