I have managed someone's 3 unit home that their dad built for the last 6+ yrs. I love working for these people BUT they hired a sub contractor, who does subpar work, 3 yrs ago. They just informed me that the cheap sub contractor, who improperly sealed the roof 3 yrs ago, said there is nothing wrong with the roof and they believe him. This is after 3 yrs of problems and me finally convincing them that other people should look at the roof. I have sent them estimated with pics of the CRACKED roof sent to me by 5 different people. I can no longer work for them. How do I quit, politely? I live in a small town on a small island, I can't just say fuck off and quit.
